Statement & Credit

Create statements to get your customers to catch up on invoice payments. Statements are automatically generated and will adjust as payments come through. The statement will show the date of the invoices, the list of invoices not paid and the amount due for each invoice, with a final total at the end.

A credit note can be created due to an incorrect invoice, return of funds, purchase cancellation or incorrect or damaged goods or for another reason. Simply select the customer invoice which you choose to create a credit note and it will automatically generate for you.

Claims & Payments

When you see a payment come through, you can add the payment in the system as per how much was paid, this will show a report of how much the customer has paid and how much is still owing. Allowing you to go back reference it at a later date.
